We like to say everything in San Diego is 20 minutes away, wherever you are in the city.
If you’re flying in, the San Diego airport is conveniently located downtown. Book a hotel room or rental property anywhere in the city and you shouldn’t be too far from our planned events. We do not recommend staying any further north than Encinitas, as our welcome event on Friday night will be downtown and traffic on Fridays getting downtown can be bad. Renting a car is optional, as Uber & Lyft coverage is pretty good. That said, if you plan on exploring, we recommend renting a car.
